Good player one VS player two
Hi, could someone give a list of good player one vs player two games on the NES.
I mean really fun ones, that you guys enjoyed playing against your friends in the old days.

Mario Brothers (not SMB1) is very cool.
And it's not VS, but two players together, try Chip'n Dale Rescue Rangers.
I probably played 2 player Micro Machines more than any other.
I've played that a lot myself, very solid game, and very very fun.
Even though it's a crazy hard NES game, my friend and I always have a blast with
Battletoads! Very hard to play together, but if you cooperate with some system, you can get somewhere.
The
Contras are always good for a go through, as well.
It's all about North and South
I would definetly agree with north & south, but Ive always had a blast with turtles 2.
For 2 player versus I have to go with a good puzzler,
Dr. Mario.
But I saw somebody posted dodgeball, and that would be good times.
In my younger years I spent a lot of time playing two player a hockey game 2 player, not sure if it was
Ice Hockey or
Blades of Steel.
Arch Rivals was a good one too.
Classic Concentration is a blast as long as neither of you have all the puzzles memorized and you can remember the people that they use in the puzzles (I don't know who half of those people are that are answers)
My girlfriend and I get pretty competitive during
BurgerTime even though it's not a true vs. game.
This may not help much as i cant remember the name of the game but it was for the NES and it was a Wresteling game...some of the characters were Pirrana, Iron Mike...we had hours of fun beating the tar out of each other. You could throw each other out of the ring, jump from the top rope....

Well there are a lot of of wrestling games on the NES and they all seem the same to me (I'm not fan personally). Maybe one of the WWF games?
No this one wasnt one of the WWf one it was one of the first wrestleing game that came out ill have a look around the net and see if i can find it.

The best player vs. player "fighting game" on the NES though has to be that extra game mode on '
Double Dragon' where you can choose all the characters and fight each other.

its a bit like
Dr. Mario but ur using Bombs to kill instead of pills, also you play as toad.
