Playable Xbox 360 Kiosks

Well, that a whole pile of WalMart stores in the US have playable Xbox 360 kiosks up and running, so I thought we could compile a list on the NES files of all of the stores we find that have them.

What you need to do is go to for us Canucks) and use the "Store Finder" link to find the store nearest to you, and give 'em a call. Ask to be transferred to the Electronics department, and ask if they have "The Xbox 360 demo kiosk" set up.

Sadly, there have been no reports of any in Canada, but I'm going to call my local one a little later.

If you do get a chance to check it out, take photos, and give us yout full opinion of it.

I just came back from my local wal-mart where i got to play the xbox 360 i got a chance to play Call of Duty 2 and King Kong it was pretty sweet.

Best buy in Rapid City , got theres today, but not set up yet. Wal-Mart here has one too.

I tried out it too in my local Wapakoneta, OH wal-mart. Sweet hardware. It's sweet. I probably will get one this christmas. No one seems to care about it as much as me though.

I do i have mine pre-ordered and i'm getting PDZ everything is paid in full.

I hope we get some in the U.K soon. I fear it won't be for a while yet though.

I'd like to test out the Revolution rather than XB360, which doesn't have much games I'd like to play, only shooters and racers.

It would be intresting to try the revolution, if only to have a go on the controller.

I saw a Kid in my Walmart get punched in the nuts for not letting go of the XBOX 360 ( Little kid punched him )

Maybe it was his little brother or something.

i bet that kid plays games like Doom and GTA

I wonder how they'll display the Revolution?
I mean they'll have to wire the controller to the wall or something, or it's gone after a second.

I already saw DS displays where they stole the stylus off. And that although it was wired to the display stand.

Recall (not 100% sure) hearing that nintendo said you would need too much space, and weren't going to have displays/demos.

I wish stores didn't have well.... people in them. Especially those types of kids.

i went to walmart over the weekend. they had an Xbox 360. so i went to try it out. THE DAMN THING ONLY HAD DEMO VIDEOS!!!!!!!!!!!! i was so pissed. you couldn't play anything. it just had a bunch of stupid gameplay videos and crap with teenagers sitting around a living room to make the Xbox 360 look hip and make you have lots of friends.

That's Weird The Xbox 360 at my Walmart has playable Demos of King Kong and Call of Duty 2.

I was talking to a guy in a game shop today, he said he didn't know if they were getting playable kiosks in or not.

my Bestbuy, has games, i haven't been to Wal-mart in forever.

I went to GameStation this morning, to sell some games, and what do I see but an Xbox 360 kiosk! I spent forever playing "Call Of Duty 2" (it looked so good graphically) before a woman got really pissed off and started shouting because her little snotty scratbag punk of a son wanted a go - "he's been waiting ages" (ages being 5 minutes )

The game was o.k. FPS aren't my thing though. The console on the whole seemed pretty good.

I got rocked in call of duty then my girlfriend said i had to stop...i really wanted to ttry king kong

Finally found one in Canada!!!

And I had a better experience than I bet most of the public have had to date

I got enough time with the thing that I played all the way through the Kameo demo, the Call of Duty 2 demo, and both levels of the King Kong demo

And I got to play it on a nice 50" TV, not the standard 20" or whatever

i finally got to play a 360! EB games had one set up. i played some car racing game. i don't know what it's called. the graphics are crazy. the car looked real. after i got to some checkpoint in the game, there was a cutscene with some girl. i stood there starring at the screen wondering if it was a real woman or something computer animated. i seriously couldn't tell. i still don't know. it was crazy

probly. at one point the cops were coming after me. i thought it was a little weird that when i'd crash into a car my car would be fine, but the other car would get dented and windows would break.

I won an xbox 360 lately. But it's none of your business where.

Really what I'm trying to say is you wouldn't care about where I won it. It's just a local radio station.
