Manuals (again)

In Games

Does anybody know where I can find the manuals of "PacMan" (the Namco version, not the one from Tengen), "Dynablaster"/"Bomberman 2" and "F-1 Race" (if there is an English one) as PDF or at least image files?

Try here:

Well, I don't need the manuals to find out how to play the games. It's just that I want to have a manual copy for all of the games that I regularly play (per emulator). That means, simple transcripts are not what I'm looking for. It has to be a copy of the original booklet.

P.S.: The site has none of the 3.5 games I mentioned.

I know someone with a Bomberman 2 instructions. But.... he won't even let me get them.

O.k., may I ask you just to post a comment if it contains an information that could be useful for me? The fact that "someone" has a "Bomberman 2" manual doesn't help me at all.

type in the game you want. they are in pdf form.

Thanks, but the manuals I'm looking for are not there.

Bud c'mon down. He was trying to help.

How? By telling me that he can not help me?

You need to be more respectful, I don't care if the response was helpful or not, the fact that nothing anyone posts is ever good enough for you is getting on my nerves... be appreciative of the efforts of others, or stop asking questions.

I totally agree with NES-Luke. The way you respond to people Denny borders on insulting. What really annoyed me was your use of the emoticon. Even when I have been able to help you I find myself simply not wanting to help you. It's the reason I decided not to get the Bomberman 2 or F-1 Race manual from my friend.

Hope that help!

Sorry if I'm fueling a fire but I'm sick of people who needlessly patronise others.

Hey, what do you actually expect? That a person writes me "I can't help you" and I answer "Oh thank you. Thank you so much. That's really nice of you. I owe you so much"? If a person cannot help me, he should not answer at all. My style gets on your nerves? Well, do you know what gets on nerves? To have an e-mail with the note that someone answered to my topic, to hope that he maybe helps me and then to see that it's just another pointless statement again.

You write
Well, I say:
- If the statements are really answers and help me, then I'm appreciative.
- Writing sentences like "Sorry, I can't help you" is not worth to be called "effort".

Oh, and by the way: Nobody is "trying to help" if he tells me that he can't help. And I don't have to thank people who don't help me. But I can complain about people who steal my time by letting me read useless comments. I bet if I did the same as you and wrote a sentence to every topic where I can't really add anything, just for the purpose of writing something, it would get on your nerves as well. Just imagine I did the following statements to certain topics:
"Best graphics on NES" - "Oh, I don't know that."
"How much is to much for a Nes game?" - "I never buy games, so I can't really say anything to it."
"Hey. Question about Tecmo Bowl..." - "Sorry, I don't play this game."
"SMB 2(our version) Question" - "I hope somebody can answer your question. I can't."
"Life Force: to be or not to be Gradius." - "I'm not sure. Better ask someone who knows it definitely."
Wouldn't you say that I'm a spammer who just writes to present himself? Well, for me it's the same whenever I get such answers.

get the manuals and you also would have done it, but now you don't do it because I'm too unfriendly? Well, next time when you try to demonstrate someone that he could have got what he wants to have if he had just been nicer, you should see if your sentence doesn't contain any Contradictions or unlogic facts. "F-1 Race" for the NES is a Japan game, so it's very unrealistic that it has an English manual. And that's why I must assume, that you made the situation up and that your friend doesn't have those manuals. So, I don't feel as if I missed a chance because you couldn't have helped me either way.

There have been two links posted, and you've done nothing more than say "that's not what I want!!!!"

Have you even attempted to look on your own?

Concerning the first link: It just had text manuals although I clearly stated that I need PDF files.
And after the second link was posted, I wrote ", but the manuals I'm looking for are not there." Is a simple "Thanks" not enough for you? Shall I also bow down in front of the person and kiss his feet?

So, let's summarize:
If someone gives me a link that doesn't contain the kind of material I want (TXT instead of PDF), although I exactly wrote what I need, then I hint at this fact.
If someone gives me a good link, only that my manuals are not there, I thank him, but say that I didn't find what I was looking for, so that nobody thinks my problem is already solved.
And if someone just writes pointless statements that don't help me at all and just waste room on the board, then I of course tell him that I don't need his comments.
So, all in all, what's wrong with my behavior? Shall I thank every person for every senseless post? And shall I worship the persons who give me concrete links? What do you actually want?

Yes. That's why I just asked for three manuals and not 10 or more. But if you find three or four pages that don't have the manuals and with Google you don't find them either, what would you then do?

I think everyone is getting a little too heated here Let's start over anew, eh?

I tried looking for these manuals for you, but couldn't find anything either. One tip that you may want to attempt is using other search engines if Google doesn't turn up anything you're looking for. Some sites aren't indexed on all of the search engines, so you might want to also try Yahoo, MSN, and Jeeves possibly. That's the best adVice I can offer.

I actually want to apologise for my statements last night Denny. Yep, I was completely lying. I was tired and you annoyed me and I wanted to annoy you back. I definitely shouldn't have, completely my bad.

I still think that perhaps you act a little harshly towards people on this forum. So I apologise for lying about the manuals but my other comments were valid.

I had a look(out of guilt), and the manuals you want don't seem to exist online. I could find .txt files and scans of the of manual covers but the rest is a no go.

I'm leaving this topic now and doing something constructive with me time.

Oh, now he tries it the other way around? The guilty version? Or are you really serious? Well, you don't have to apologize for anything you tell me. I don't care if you lie or say the truth. Do what you want. And you don't have to help me because of guilt. After all, I don't really want you to help me anymore. (With you I only mean you personally and not you all.) Since you said that your other comments are still valid, I don't want you to help me because I cannot guarantee that my answer then would be enough for you and not insulting.

Although I still had to say the things in the first paragraph (and everybody is of course free to answer to that), I think Roth's statement is the most reasonable one that anybody here at this topic made in the last time.

Oh, and thanks for your hint, Roth. I'm going to try to look for the manuals on other search engines.

might i sugest you start this forum topic, or ask someone at to post pages/ pictures of the manuals in the forums, or email them to you, , im sure someone on there would have them, and would know how to send them to you,

if not try emailing the owners, members, start forum topics at other video game collecting sites someones gotta have it, anyway try these

what are the other ones????????????????????????????/

by the way, when people write in saying they dont have it , its better then you posting this topic and then you seeing no one has respended, like no one cares or somthing this way you know for sure you havent wasted your time entirely, and can move on, rather than always woundering in some one has it, but hasnt replied to your topic,

remember we are only trying to help

also calm down a little im sure getting these manuals arnt the most important thing in your life, just be patiant

in words of the beatles .............let it be

STOP CHANGING YOUR NAME!

And just tpo let you know, nesalt and nescity links arent correct, and nesalt doesnt even exist anymore

O.k., I found the "PacMan" manual on eBay. And now I'm asking directly: Except the persons who started to argue with me in this topic, who owns a manual of either "Bomberman 2" or "Dynablaster" (NES version, of course, not Game Boy) and would be willing to either scan it or send me the original booklet? (Although I don't expect anybody to do the latter thing.) I'd be really grateful.

By the way, how can we provide manuals for NESFiles.com, so that people can download them? (Doing this with the "Bomberman 2" manual would also be fine.)
