Post one of your big moments in games. (about collecting)

In Collecting

Post it here, when you reach a big point in your game collection (all your games, not just one system). Like 100, 150, 1000, etc. I just hit number 200 hundered yesterday. My 200th game was Ninja Gaiden 1.

I have over 100 now, about 120. Perhaps I'll reach the 200 after my Japan trip. Perhaps not.

I can picture you coming back from Japan with 80 games .(jk)

Me too.

I hope they have so many cheap used games in the game stores around. If they are too expensive I can't afford them. Nearly all my money goes away for the flight tickets.

I only have 25

One more game and I'll hit 40... I guess thats not big, but read my sig. I got 4 systems and stuff... I also just started collecting NES stuff one month ago and so far I've only spent about $120 bucks and I got all that in my sig. cool huh?

me with my brother is about 550, but we don't sell games unless we absolutely despise the game thats why so many, we've been collecting this from the beginning of me and before that too/.

Last night was pretty cool, picked up an original famicom for around $5.

I walked past this piece of orange plastic with "nintendo" all over it and come to find out one is selling on ebay for $700. I'll have to see if it is still there. From now on I am simply going to buy evrything I see tyo stop this from happening again.

12 more games for 850....

well i probably already have over 850, i dont have my supergrafx or SFC games listed

Well, A 13 year old kid doesnt have alot of money for games. But two more games and ill be at 50.

I bought a top loader and 20 games from a friend for $20.
That is what got me started on collecting.
I'm not sure of my count...
This list is fairly outdated...

That is an amazing deal! Top Loaders alone cost around 50 or more dollars.

Also, when all my games come in the mail, I will have 45 NES Games!

300 is next for me not counting any dups.... All NES...

I have 80 games. It's small compared to most other users on this website, but i'm happy with it and it's bigger than all my friends.

- 70 Famicom carts plus 40 alternative carts (Famicom shape too)
- 50 Super Famicom, all originals
- 25 Famicom Disk System, all originals
- 35 Nintendo 64, all originals (Most US)
- 21 GameCube games, all originals
- 50 Sega Mega Drive carts (all japanese)
- Some GBA, PCEngineDUO/HuCards not listed (all japanese)

That's it!

Cospefogo.

Each time I open my closet up and see it packed with video game crap, I have one of those moments. I caught the video game bug years ago, and I still get excited when I add a new piece of anything to the collection.

NES wise, my next big moment will be my 100th cart, or walking into some shop and finding a copy of Stadium Events or that Flintstones game for $5.
