Granted, it is a Tetris clone, and Nintendo wanted to cash in on the craze. But the fact remains that this game is highly addictive, is fun to play and can be played during a 5-minute break (the challenge is to stop playing after that!) or for marathon sessions.
I agree that the music tracks available for Dr. Mario are more interesting than that of Tetris.
