Alright, I was using fire fox and I had to restart my PC so I did, then I relaunch the browser and then I come to see all my Bookmarks are gone..How could this happen?

I don't know what happened, but sounds bad.
I usually backup my bookmarks every now and then and advise you strongly to do so, too from now on.

Good tip, I will start doing that also. I had alot. oh well I guess.
