A 22-stone thief was caught after he got stuck in a window after stuffing his face with pies during a shop raid.

The man stole £250 after breaking into the shop, near Fagaras in NES ROMania, and could not resist helping himself to the pies.

But the 29-year-old got wedged in the window as he tried to get back out, and was still stuck there in the morning when shop owner Vasile Mandache arrived for work.

He said: "I saw all the pie wrappers on the floor, and then I looked up and saw a pair of stubby fat legs hanging out the window.

"I went outside and saw the other half of the thief poking at the front. I just had to burst out laughing and called all my friends to come and have a look before we called the police, it was so funny."

A Las Vegas man has been charged with robbing a pizza parlour after he allegedly left a job application at the scene.

The partially completed form included the 23-year-old's name and his address in the city, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

"I would chalk it up to either inexperience or plain stupidity," said Clark County prosecutor Frank Coumou.

According to authorities, the robbery happened after the man entered the restaurant, ordered a pizza and asked for a job application.

"The cashier immediately gave him a job application and a pen, so he started filling it out," Coumou said.

"Then, when he thought the moment was right, he lifts his shirt, exposes the butt of a firearm, and he tells her to give him all the money."

The clerk handed over $200, and the robber left. A witness followed the gunman and took down the car's registration.

Police then traced the number and found the suspect at his home, where he was arrested. He denies he was the robber.

When police went back to the pizza parlour, they found the partially filled out job application at the counter.

A NES ROManian university has slapped a 'sex tax' on students inviting their partners to spend the night with them in dormitories.

The Alexandru Ioan Cuza Univeristy in Iasi charges £4 each time a boyfriend of girlfriend spends the night with one of the 1,800 people living on campus.

One dormitory manager said: "If they want to spend the night with their girlfriends or boyfriends then they should pay. This is not their home. And it is not such a high price to pay."

He added that hundreds had already paid the charge, with male students particularly keen to pay and saving the receipts to show friends.

The university hopes to raise about £28,000 a year which will go towards repairs at the dormitories.

(Isn't that a form of some sort of prostitution? After all you are "paying" to be with your boyfriend/girlfriend)

Those people are F^cking RETARDED!!!
