Star Wars Overboard?

In Off-topic

um... have I gone overboard w/ this Star Wars stuff? lol

If you consider having to load 200 KB of unnecessary images on a web page every time you post, then YES.

Perhaps it's a BIT too overloaded...
(JFYI: The 2 pics in my sig together are about 25kb)

That's ok, right? (question directed to Z.E.N)

There are boards that I don't go to anymore for reasons of signatures being huge pics, that do nothing for the forum. They only point out that the person with a sig that big is VERY self-centered...

so what is totally not allowed? What would get someone "the boot"?
So what is a good size (for a sig)?

Of course there are no real limitations. There is common courtesy, however. I for one have dial-up. It's not so bad with the images cached, but then when they're fresh images, it's a pain in the rear trying to read a post that keeps jumping down the screen because someone has images in their sig that keep loading.

Also, having to scroll that extra past a sig to big just grows tiresome. I'm all about individuality, but at the same time, I'm all about (as mentioned earlier) courtesy.

How's what I got now? the 2 small DBZ pics? its that okay? I didnt think about that (what you said Roth) Im sorry everyone.

It's better, but it was also fine when you switched to only the starship scene. Thanks alot, murder_killz.

ahh, you think youre going overboard my little brother is crazy about Star Wars too!!

Check out his Episode lll collection!!

thats cool. I want the two fighters and the Darth Vader. lol

You can get them at wal-mart i believe also the fighters are very common too.

Do you have any figures?

no. I just think they look cool. Im trying to find some Star Wars games to add to the collection of Game Cube games Im gunna start here in about a month. Rebel Strike - Rogue Squadron 3 seems like it would kick ass so its on my list. Im about to add The Clone Wars game I think... but no, no figures here. lol I got just a little off topic.

Open the picture and paint and go to image stretch/skew and you can make it smaller horizontally and vertically. Im sure there might be a easier way but I use this and its pretty easy.
