What music does everyone like?

In Off-topic

I like almost anything. Metal, Rock, Rap, 70s, 80s, 90s. Im going through a Billy Idol and Depeche Mode stage right now, 'cus thats all I've been blasting out of the speakers lately. has anyone heard Billy Idol's new CD "Devils Playground"? it rocks. you guys should check it out.

I listen to ALOT of electonic music. Such as Jungle, Breakcore, Gabber, Electro, Hardcore, and Techno.

Other than electronic music, i like reggae, ragga, punk (not that MTV pop bullshit), ska, and some jam bands.

I listen to almost every kind of music but I typically listen more often to techno and trance music.

^^^There is another topic on the first page about this. Its ok, you prob. didn't see it. You can check it out here though.

oh... *places foot in mouth* my bad.

Lords of Acid
Hole
NIN
Abba (it's fun ok?)
Ani DiFranco
Thurston Moore
Disturbed
Gwen Stafani (she's the hottest chick ALIVE)
Staind
Korn (I even have a tongue stud of thier logo)
these would have to be my top ten, but not in that order.

Oh and Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence" is one of my all time favorite songs!

Metallica, GnR, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, and Iron Maiden just to name a few.

About 5 or 6 years ago I was really into punk. I listened to Pennywise so much it was pathetic. I ended up getting bored of them, and most other punk bands and now the only punk I consistently listen to is Bad Religion. They're my favourite band.

Lately I've been listening to a lot of Postal SerVice and Metric. I'm not sure what genre they belong to, but it has a touch of elecronic and rock mixed in. It's great stuff to sing along to.

I also love Daft Punk. That stuff just get's me going. Their movie "Interstella 5555" is an animated techno-rock-opera and it's amazing.

The Flaming Lips, David Bowie, The Beastie Boys, Blue Man Group, Devo, King Crimson, and NOFX are some more that would be in my top 25.

I like everything from King Dimond and the Misfits to Johhny Cash and Elvis. The metal and punk are for the times when I'm mad.....the old country/rock are for more relaxed times.

Korn (I even have a tongue stud of thier logo)

What are your thoughts on Head leaving the band?

I listen to Dispatch, an AWESOME band that unfortunately broke up recently, and because their music is so awesome, I think I may just start a thread for them.

Recently, I've been listening to Fun Factory and Vengaboys.

Music is my primary interest. Probably more so that the nes. My fav type of music is probablly Electro Acoustic Improvisation typified by such artists as Keith Rowe, Gunter Muller, Jon Tilbury and the whole Onkyo scene in Japan. I'm a musician myself with several projects but my main one(most popular one) is by my noise/ghost electronics project called "the feeder". Find samples of my stuff here:

Anyone interested in obtaining any of my recordings feel free to contact me.
