PS3's new controller...

In General Gaming

The same as the PS2 (pretty much), but MOTION SENSORS

Heres IGN comparing it to the Wii

Actually, it's 'tilt' that they have in their controllers.

I think it's funny they tried to take a step like that though. It's funny, 'tilt' has been around Nintendo for years... that Kirby Tilt 'n Tumble (GameBoy) game pops immediately to mind... I can't think of any others right now. But it doesn't matter too much, that price tag for the PS3 is ridiculous.

heh

how's about a new controller design?

I can't see what's new about the new controller. The design is old, the technology is also...
Why does Sony always have to steal ideas from other companies and get away with it?

They don't get away with it, the cheaper version of the PS3 is practically useless. They've shot themselves in the foot.

More like in the head .

You don't know yet.
You can't tell how many fanboys are still out there willing to fork over 600$ for their console. I'm afraid there are lots and lots. The name alone will be selling some units. And all the spoilt 10 year old brats who don't want "kiddie games" will be wooo-waahh about the new toy mommy bought them off eBay for 2500$ on launch day...

History is just repeating itself...
here comes the hype....
here comes the promises...
here comes EBAY...
here comes the rip offs...PS3.
Hey I know first hand, I was one of the saps that paid $500 for an original Playstation before launch, and then another $650 for a PS2...yeah I learned my lesson...besides I have too many NES Games to play...
