In japan there is a Collection of Sonic games coming to PC like Sonic Mega Collection but the PC version has less games and 1 game that didn't make it's way to NA it is called "Sonic Erasier". Unknow date for Release but here is a JP site of the game:

I think I'll stick with my Mega Collection Plus, if that's the only bonus.
