My Homemade Suikoden 1 & 2 Boxed Set

In Games

I've been meaning to post about this for awhile now, but kept forgetting (go figure).

I put my Suikoden 1 and 2 games together into one jewel case that was designed to hold a two disc game, and this is what I came up with.

Here's the front cover... looks like your normal Suikoden, no?

...open it up, and you have Suikoden! Now there's some fun! I put the inlay, game, and the portion that goes behind the disc in there...

If you open the next part, the greyish black center piece that houses the booklet, you get... ? ... Suikoden II! Behind where the CD went is a section from the actual Suikoden II box, and the booklet with it as well.

If you close it, on the back is the back of Suikoden II. I thought this was fitting since the front of the set is Suikoden part 1.

...and, I'm still no photographer, so the flash kept getting in the way... no good lighting around this apartment. Anyway, you can't really make it out, but on the top portion of the case it says "Suikoden," and the bottom portion says, "Suikoden II."

All original packaging that I threw together to make my very own PSOne Suikoden Boxed Set!

I like it I like it.
Did you know Suikoden II goes for alot on ebay I mean Alot!Last time I checked.

Yeah i saw one going for 100 USD what is up with that?

That's a nice idea, Roth.

Suikoden is worth so much?
Did they release only a 100 copies or so in the US?
In Japan I saw it for about 1500 Yen (15$). And it's on my list for this summer.

Cool case, Roth.
This game varies in price in the U.K - I just checked Ebay and a copy is going for about £30, with 6 minutes to go.

Great case man. Im so happy to own the second game. But wish i had the first. Awsome job.

What is the game about?

You're the son of a great general in one of the armies, and you eventually break off from them and become one of the rebel fighters. You end up taking over the army and owning a castle. You must recruit the 108 stars of destiny (that's the characters you can get! ). Hard to totally explain without giving stuff away, so I'll leave it at that. The characters in the game are awesoime, and have GREAT character development.

It's a GREAT game! I highly suggest it. It's my favorite RPG of all time!

Yes Roth is right, the games are a must play.
