hey i have a site on freewebs. ive had a lot before but i really like this one and i think i will actually update it. It is:
i have some game NES ROMs on it but i will have to put more on. just check it out and give me some comments and suggestions.

everything looks good, except for the annoying cursor, and music. everything else is good though, nice job.

Yea it is definitely a good begginning. Im waiting to check out the My Hacks section. MAKE THE CURSOR GO AWAY!! Keep workin!

#1: GET RID OF THE ANIMATED BACKGROUND

#2: GET RID OF THE DAMN CURSOR TAIL

#3: Work on getting some content. I understand that it's new, but there's nothing on the page other than about 10 NES ROMs that you stole from here.

Everything else is OK. I'm not a big fan of music on web pages, but that's just the classic SMB tune, and it can be turned off with a quick click.

Just so you know, that whole "allowed for 24 hours" thing isn't true. Also i think government officials go where the hell they want!

Stop using <embed src>.

Firefox hates that. So do I.
It causes browser lock-ups, crashing, and a general dislike for a web site that uses it.

Just a suggestion. I am a government official. You will be prosecuted.

i guess since no one likes the cursor ill just have to get rid of it. u dont like the background? should i just put it on the home page and only one or two pages with music? it WILL take a long time for my NES ROM hacks(hence im doing the whole game over) and im on vacation. I cant change the browser firefox thing your talking about becasue i used the freewebs "easy editor". does the chat work good? or should i just take it off? and i will probably get rid of the warning thing and just put a disclaimer on the homepage. haha very funny.

if you want more room for more pages, remove the chat, i dont think anyone is going to spend their time in there by their self. freewebs only allows 7 pages

my site is doing ok now. I think it is doing much better. thanks for all of the suggestions. i think they may have helped. keep criticizing tho please(good critism tho) thanx again

Don't most ISP's provide webspace these days? Usually that kind of deal is immensely superior to any free-webspace provider.

The problem it causes Firefox is that it doesn't like the <embed src> tag, which is what you used to put the music in. And don't use "Easyeditor" stuff like that tends to be browser-exclusive, and you'll get a much nicer page if you code it yourself.

ive tried using HTML to make pages but it is much easier and it takes less time and it looks much nicer to use the easy editor. i had a HTML editor on my other computer but i accidentally blew the computer up. LOL
