Were any of you guys who wrote these reviews born before 1990? The fact that games were so intense and difficult is what made NES gaming so addicting and popular. Games today are still fun, but all too often, gameplay is lost due to high end graphics and engines. Kid Niki is a perfect example of a game that requires patience, timing, quick reflexes, and most importantly, skill. Anyone can beat an 80 hour RPG, not everyone can beat an action title like Kid Niki. And btw, the graphics, even ported from its arcade senior, were way ahead of their time. This game easily gets a 9/10 for gameplay. I subtracted a point for poor translation issues.
