| Back when I was about 5, my older brother let one of his friends borrow this game. That friend then gave it to his friend who was moving to California. Needless to say, we got really pissed off and after playing this game you'll see why: this is a very fun game. I mean, you are a big fat Russian man spitting fireballs! Need I say more? 3 1/2 out of 4 stars. |

Whomever made this game, made it with a headful of powerful drugs. The whole thing is a blast though; it's completely original in mostly every way and has a certain unique, crazy feeling to it.
The song though, I'll never be able to burn that song out of my mind for as long as I live. It's one of those amusing games where you eventually turn the volume off or go completely insane. |

| Yet again, an original format saves a game from being too tedious. Thought the graphics were good, this is an accaptable version of the arcade classic. Not very much is missing. The idea of a Russian dude blowing fire is in itself hilarious, and the enemies are well-drawn and original. Also like the secrets throughout the levels. Haven't played it since it was new, but I remember liking it a lot. I've got to find a used copy sometime. 8 out of 10 |

| Karnov is an excellent sidescroller, where you play a whats supposed to be a Russian strongman/firebreather named Karnov(The character was taken from a real Russian strongman named "Karnovski"). The graphics are great, although Karnov is no longer a strongman, but an obese man in red sweat pants, this is probably the games only flaw, but it still looks good, as if they wanted him to look fat! The music is another matter, the same damn song plays over, and over, and over.......untill you reach the final boss, where the tune finally changes! The story isnt so unique, but at least its not a damsel in distress! Karnov goes to search for a treasure that will save his poverty stricken village, but the treasure is guarded but Ryu, an evil dragon, who terrorizes Karnovs people! A lot of people dont know the story but thats really it! With the exception of the truly lousy ending, Karnov is a solid game! Its about time fat people were given the attention they so deserve! |

now i'm not bluffy, but this game packs the power of the nes in every package. now call me a hershy, but you'd be a liar but look it has the action. you become karnov a fat bronze skinned hulk who wandders through deserts and ancient tombs. you are a russian fire breather who must fet the ancient treasure of babalon. you encounter yoda like men and ugly oponnets who want karnovs tits on slings. Any how my brains flares when i think of checkov, my blood swells my chest turns green, my eyes turn pink and fill with incrimtating ketus. But honestly the k in karnov cant stand for karnov, or chekov for that matter... It stands for keith, as in keith hoffman a fat camel riding arab hwo shlocks the pissy into a silnging crevice. I give this game three thubs up, for price, quialty, and fashion!

| The guys who made the enemies were on LSD for sure. This is the most uniqe side scroller ever. Everything about it is origional. 5 stars for this one. |
