Anyone who has ever played the arcade version knows this is a pile of donkey feces. The graphics are sloppy, the music sounds like a bad LSD soundtrack, and the character is hard to move..I could go on. Most annoying is the lack of continues. How is a dude with just his fists supposed to go up against a guy with a machine gun without at least one continue. Probably most annoying is the fact that no home console has made a decent version of this arcade classic. Also, the dick-hardening panty shot scene is missing in the cart. I do play this ocassionally, just to get my heart beating fast again. I'll give the piece of crap 2 out of 10.
